Agave Nectar - Made from the agave plant, is very close to the taste and texture of honey
Sweet Freedom Vegan Honey - is 100% vegan honey made from fruit
Rice Syrup - is made from rice and is the cheapest honey alternative out there.
Maple Syrup, Golden Syrup or Treacle - if you're really stuck you can add any one of these to a recipe instead of honey and it will work out fine!
Bee Free Honee - makes a vegan honey out of apples.
Eggs & Egg Products
Orgran No Egg- egg replacer works fine in cakes etc and one box will last you a long time. This is what I use. In the US the brand is Ener-G Egg Replacer.
In baking these brands work well but many people use apple sauce, flax seed mixed with water or oil as a substitute (see substitutes below).
Fried Eggs - are available from The Cruelty Free Shop (The Vegg) and Asian grocers such as CitiSuper.
The Vegg - have invented the vegan egg yolk that can be eaten as yolk or used as a substitute in egg yolk recipes! So if you've had a hankering they are available from the Cruelty Free Shop.

Meringue - Angel Food make vegan meringue kits which are available from specialty and online stores.
Pastry - there are brands of frozen pastry in the supermarket that don't use eggs or any animal products - just read the ingredients.
Custard
Orgran, Foster Clarkes & All Natural Custard Powder make instant custard powders that are available in the supermarket.
Bird's Custard Powder is vegan UK brand, available in Australia through British Sweet Treats.
Mayonnaise
Praise 97% fat free is vegan and can be found in the supermarket
Melrose Organic and Plamil available from specialty & online stores. It's also very easy to make your own with silken tofu.
Follow Your Heart - makes the best vegan mayonnaise called Vegannaise. They also make amazing ranch sauce, tartar sauce, creamy salad dressings and a creamy horseradish dressing.
Earth Balance - makes a variety of vegan mayonnaise.
Hampton Creek -make vegan, organic mayonnaise
Household Egg Substitutes;
Ener-G Egg Replacer - follow directions on box.
2 Tbsp cornstarch = 1 egg
2 Tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg
2 Tbsp potato starch = 1 egg
1 heaping Tbsp soy powder + 2 Tbsp water = 1 egg
1 Tbls soy milk powder + 1 Tbsp cornstarch + 2 Tbsp water = 1 egg.
1 banana = 1 egg in cakes.
1 Tbsp milled flax seed and 3 Tbsp water = 1 egg. Light, fluffy cakes!
In baking - ¼ cup of chickpea flour and ¼ cup water or non-dairy milk = 1egg
Egg White Substitute:
Mix about 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum with about 1/4 cup of water. Let stand. It thickens, and can be whipped like an egg white. It's okay to replace one egg.
Egg Yolk Substitute:
Mix 2 cups water and 1 cup flour in a blender until thick. Cook in a double boiler 45-60 minutes. With a mixer, whip in 2 Tbsp. cooking oil and 1/4 tsp salt. use 2 or 3 Tbsp. for binder in hamburgers or meat loaf.

Ayam make some curry pastes that don't have animal products (such as the red curry & massumam curry), but make sure you read the label because not all are vegan.
Asia at Home's green curry paste is vegan which is available in the supermarket.
Pandaroo's Red Curry Paste & Massaman Curry Paste
Sharwoods Tandoori Paste
Thai Kitchen - most the curry pastes are vegan - the wesbite actually tells you next to the product if it's vegan/gluten free etc.
The specialty and online stores also see vegan brands of curry paste. Vegan pastes come in most flavours such as green curry, red curry, laksa, massumam curry.
Stock
Massel & Podravka Vegeta Seasoning are both vegan dry stocks and available in the supermarket in a range of flavours.
Marigold Health Food makes a range of vegan boullions and are available through specialty and online stores.
Better Than Boullion - makes a range of vegan boullions including vegetable, chicken and beef flavours.
Worcestershire Sauce
Melrose & Wizards Oraganic make a vegan Worcestershire Sauce available through specialty and online stores. Or you can easily make you own.
Oyster Sauce
Vegan oyster sauce made from either black beans or mushrooms are available through online and specialty stores. Vegan's Choice Grocery have their own brands.
Fish Sauce
Vegan's Choice Grocery in Sydney, have their own brand of vegan fish sauce.
You can esily make your own.
Also I find using Braggs Liquid Aminos or Dulse Flakes tends to have a similar taste.
Gravy
Marigold Health Food, Massel, Orgran and Tofurkey make vegan gravies.
Most are available in the supermarket.
Salad Dressings
Salad dressing that traditionally contain animal products such as thousand island, mayonnaise, Caesar and ranch come in vegan brands like Follow Your Heart available from specialty and online stores. Organic Ville makes vegan thousand island dressing. You can find vegan recipes for these though if you want to try it out yourself!
Seasoning
Yeast Flakes can be used to season for a cheesy flavour. For chicken salt, some brands actually contain no animal products so just read the label. There are also vegan chicken salts available from health & specialty stores. Dulse Flakes are seaweed that can be used instead of fish or bonito flakes.
Red Robin sell their seasoning at their restaurants and it's vegan and gluten free - delicious on fries and fake chicken!
